Yes, we offer medical attention 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in emergency room, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, hospitalization, laboratory, imaging and angiography.

The main goal of the International Patients Center of Clínica Imbanaco Grupo Quirónsalud is to connect the entire cycle of attention, helping in the planification of your trip and appointments, providing human and administrative support to the patient and family so the attention is focused on your health. The activities offered by the staff of the International Patients Center are:

  • Schedule of appointments for consultation, diagnosis, and medical procedures.
  • Assisting on the understanding of medical prescriptions.
  • Provide summary of medical record of the care provided in our organization, which can be given in English.
  • Logistic services in various areas: hotel accommodation, transportation, outpatient medical services, local tourism.
  • Direct, warmful and personal escort to medical appointments and specialized procedures.
  • Medical process monitoring by the nursing staff of the International Office.
  • Financial, billing and other administrative counseling such as providing an estimate cost for healthcare.
  • Other community services such as, where to shop, entertainment activities and banks.
  • Guide in the discharge process.
  • Follow up when the patient returns to his country of origin.
  • Future appointment scheduling for return visits.

Clínica Imbanaco Grupo Quirónsalud has a portfolio of suppliers  according to the tastes and preferences of patients, with preferential, we can recommend a number of local hotels, inns and apartments for rent. We recommend booking your accommodations after you have confirmed your medical appointment.

We do not have a program to offer financial assistance for the care and treatment of patients residing outside of Colombia.

Currently we have the human resource, the technology and the facilities to timely respond to a group of patients, however it is necessary that the International Patients Center is contacted at least one week in advance to coordinate everything needed.

Yes, currently the staff of the International Patients Center gives assistance in English language, if you require a language other than English please notify the International Patients Center to look out for an interpreter.

The length of stay depends on the clinical condition and treatment the patient requires, but we suggest giving yourself at least one week  to 10 days.

The International Patients Center will provide you an estimate based on the services your clinical care will require. This estimate is provided based on the medical information available to us at the time it is requested.
